- By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact one of our customer service advisors before placing an order with us.

Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. - A Contract between the customer and Miss Pinnie for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted (at which point the buyer's credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods despatched).

- Shipping & Returns
- All our goods are dispatched by courier within 48hrs of your order being placed. We will endeavour to ship sooner if possible and will contact you via email to let you know once your goods have been dispatched.
- If you are not entirely delighted with the products you have chosen you may return them to us within 28 days. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or a refund. If you return an item, it must be unused and in its original packing.
- For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and to pay for the return of the products to us.
- Inform us that the item is to be posted back to us, the reason and whether you wish to have a refund or exchange.
Pack the item in the parcel, making sure the order number is visible on the package.

BS9 1LS - When returning items you are strongly recommended proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.

- Price and availability of goods is subject to change without notice. This means that the price confirmed after placing the order will hold but subsquent orders may be differently priced as shown on the website. A delivery charge will be added to your order value at the point of purchase and are dependant on the method of delivery chosen. Please note the charges shown are for delivery within the UK only.
